Now you have a solution!

This page is to assist those people in the military and other related government organizations who will have to leave their beloved pets behind. PetFosterCare.com has been created to be the liaison between the pet owner and the pet caretaker.

It's Working!

"The best part of this program is the convenience for the general public and for the military to use."
Spc. Hunt
Fort Sill, Oklahoma Branch of Veterinary Services

"Pet Foster Care can be a great service to military. It is the hardest thing to do - to find a replacement home - but if there are those in waiting that will help, the transition will be a little easier."
Nancy Mason
Receptionist, Randolph AFB, Veterinary Treatment Facility

"Pet Foster Care is a great idea that will help pets and their owners across the country."
Jay Hook, CNA
IT Director, RENI Publishing

"Pet Foster Care is a wonderful idea! It is a fantastic tool for military families to find a good temporary or permanent home for their canine or feline companions. I am so pleased that someone has taken the time to address this issue. I wish Pet Foster Care the best."
Amanda Slater
Receptionist, Travis AFB, Veterinary Treatment Facility

This is a free service, as is the actual fostering. Any veterinary expenses, pharmacy, special foods and other extraordinary expense of this type will, of course, be your responsibility.  Be confident that these foster/adoption homes will NOT be caging or crating the dogs, unless they are expressly told to, in writing.

Disclaimer

Our site does not assume responsibility for the pets. If our site matches up pet owners and pets with potential fosterers, the pet owner is responsible for the final decision to work with a particular caregiver.

It is also the pet owners’ responsibility to communicate fully and openly with foster-caregivers, to ensure both sides are comfortable and confident with arrangements, to settle all questions about expenses beforehand, and to draw up a contract outlining such details.

Listing your information with our free classifieds does not obligate you.

The final decision for foster care will be made between the pet owner and the foster caregiver.
